After waiting almost 2 weeks for an answer from a different company I got desperate and asked for a recommendations. Someone said "Call Refresh, they WILL take care of you" and they did!! The same day they were at my house checking things over, gave me an quote on the spot and came back at 8am the next morning to install!! They were friendly, courteous, tolerant of my over friendly dog, and were quick and efficient! Also my basement is clean and you would never know they were down there other than the shiny new WORKING water heater!! I now have a new Heating and Cooling company!! Well done guys!!
